Patent Slipway
The slipway can lift vessels of up to 180 tonnes dead weight and 105 ft. (32 m.) overall length. Daily rental commences the day of the slipping, and includes the launch day. Rental is not charged for Sundays or Bank Holidays, nor is noisy work permitted on those days.

Shore berthing
Minimum charge 1 week. Charges do not include lifting or chocking, which must be supervised by a shipwright approved by the Trust. The yard has a demountable steel cradle for moving boats into the Boat Shed.

Lifting
There is no on-site lifting facility available at present, but the yard management
can advise on available low cost cranage. Craft up to 2 tonnes can be lifted
by the Docks Engineers yard crane by direct arrangement with the Engineers
Office.
